All products purchased from NexMotive, including WordPress themes, Elementor template kits, plugins, UI kits, graphics, and other digital assets, are provided with a commercial license unless stated otherwise.
This license allows you to use our products for personal and commercial projects, including client work.
What You Can Do
With a valid purchase/license, you are allowed to:
- Use the product on personal or commercial websites
- Build websites for clients
- Modify and customize the product to fit your needs
- Use the product in freelance or agency projects
- Create websites for businesses, startups, brands, and organizations
- Use the product for end projects that generate revenue
What You Cannot Do
- Resell, redistribute, or share the original files
- Repackage our products as your own
- Upload products to marketplaces, repositories, or file-sharing websites
- Share license keys, download access, or purchase files with others
- Use our products in competing template, theme, or asset marketplaces
- Claim ownership of the original design or source files
License Scope
Each purchase grants usage rights for one end user or business unless otherwise specified in the product details.
For agencies and freelancers:
- You may use the product for client projects
- Each separate end client/project may require its own license depending on the product terms
- Multi-client redistribution is not permitted
For WordPress multisite or subdirectory setups:
- A single license is generally valid when the websites are managed under one organization and one network installation
- Separate businesses, clients, or independently managed projects may require separate licenses
Support & Updates
Your purchase may include support and updates for a limited period, depending on the product purchased.
Support covers:
- Product-related issues
- Setup guidance
- Bug fixes
- Compatibility-related assistance
Support does not cover:
- Third-party plugin conflicts
- Heavy custom development
- Custom coding requests
- Website management services
Ownership
All products remain the intellectual property of NexMotive. Purchasing a product grants you the right to use it under this license, not ownership of the original files or design.
Violations
Any unauthorized redistribution, resale, abuse, or misuse of our products may result in:
- License termination
- Suspension of access
- Removal of support and updates
- Legal action where necessary
