Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and services, NexMotive maintains a strict no-refund policy. However, if a product has a major technical issue that our team is unable to resolve, a full refund may be issued within 14 days of purchase.

Welcome to NexMotive. By purchasing our digital products or services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

1. Digital Products

NexMotive sells digital products including, but not limited to:

  • WordPress Themes
  • Elementor Template Kits
  • Website Templates
  • Design Assets
  • Downloadable Digital Files

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded, accessed, delivered, or used.

We maintain a strict No Refund Policy for digital downloads to prevent misuse, unauthorized access, copying, or abuse of our products.

2. Exceptions for Technical Issues

A refund may only be granted under the following conditions:

  • The purchased product has a major technical issue or defect.
  • The issue is directly caused by the product itself.
  • Our support team is unable to resolve or fix the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

If we determine that the issue cannot be resolved, NexMotive will issue a 100% refund for the affected product.

3. Refund Request Window

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the original purchase date.

Requests submitted after 14 days will not be eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Lack of technical knowledge
  • Incompatibility caused by third-party plugins, hosting, or software
  • Failure to read product descriptions or requirements
  • Customization difficulties
  • Minor design preferences
  • Delayed project timelines
  • Downloaded or used products without valid technical defects

5. Web Development & Maintenance Services

For custom services including:

  • Web Development
  • Website Design
  • Maintenance Services
  • Technical Support
  • Custom Development

Payments made for completed work, partially completed work, consultation, planning, or development hours are generally non-refundable.

However, if NexMotive is unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons solely caused by us, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting us first may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services
  • License termination
  • Permanent ban from future purchases and services

We strongly encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating any payment dispute.
